Operations Assessment


PTS Sales (SSI) and Service (CSI) Operations Assessment is a web-based retail consulting tool. The system houses all the questions needed to help users identify dealership Sales or Service process problems. Then, using a library of industry best practices and detailed process descriptions, the system automatically creates customizable action plans. Where desired, OEM customer satisfaction scores can be “mapped in” to help pinpoint priority improvement opportunities. The system monitors and reports on all action plans.
